What Causes Delayed Period With Brown Vaginal Spotting?

Question: Hello I havnt had my perid for the past 23days I am irregular however it has never prolonged this much..ive takin pregnancy test all neg the most recent 3 days ago my nxt period supposibly will get here on the 30th..and since yesterday I knoticed a light brown spotting not much at all..I havnt had no paines or anything....but have had symptoms of early pregnancy with my first I never experienced this..how ever I was working at the time..please help me thank you

You are not pregnant.

Get transvaginal ultrasound scan done to check if you have Polycystic ovary which causes irregular periods like you mentioned.

Then why have I had this symptoms?? Use al y my periods are dark red bloody type..should I just take it as a period

My discharge is very light brown almost nothing
