Question: I am not sex. Just I am do this fingering. After that 36 days not is priod? What I do it?

You didn't had intercourse, and it was just penetration of fingers.

She is not having periods post 36 days. I would advise you to wait for some more days. Delayed menstruation can occur even in normal females. Even if she misses a cycle even then there is no need to fear. Periods will resume in few days.

I want to know if she took any contraceptive medicines during that times?

Pregnancy can't occur by inserting finger so there is no need to go for pregnancy test. But if you want to clear doubt you can purchase pregnancy test kit (urine test) which is very cheap test available in most of medical stores.
