Brief Answer:
Needs investigations for delayed periods.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The delay in periods that you are having can be due to thyroid related problem or an ovary related hormonal imbalance like polycystic ovaries.
Both these can cause a difficulty in conception.
In my opinion you should get a baseline ultrasound and hormonal tests done to see for endometrial thickness, hormonal levels and ovarian morphology.
In case ultrasound and blood reports are normal then start planning for pregnancy.
Wait for natural conception for three months and you can take the help of LH KIT to detect ovulation which are readily available in market.
And if it doesn't happen then visit your gynecologist and opt for follicular study to see for rupture of follicle and then time intercourse to achieve pregnancy.
The abortion pills that you took earlier are not likely to affect your fertility now.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Reports are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen all your reports. All of these are normal.
You can conceive naturally also with a normal 35 day cycle.
You may take folic acid & vitamin E supplements with healthy diet.

Do some basic things also to improve fertility:
1) Avoid stress by yoga/deep breathing regularly (20-30 times).
2) Drink plenty of fluids/water and eat leafy vegetables & fruits.
3) Control body weight by regular physical exercise.
4) Maintain personal hygiene and need proper sleeping.
You both have to involve in unprotected sex without any contraceptive method around ovulation day or fertile days for at least 6-12 months. Ovulation occurs 14 days prior to next period due date. In case of regular period with 32-35 days duration, your fertile days will be from 14th-22nd days of each cycle. You can use ovulation prediction kit (LH kit) to predict ovulation time in mid cycle. With this protocol, chances of pregnancy can be maximized.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to progesterone deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
The decrease in periods flow does not affect the fertility. If you are having good bleeding for 2 days even that is sufficient.

Light periods could be due to deficient progesterone which occurs in condition called luteal phase defect. Progesterone causes thickening of the lining of uterus. It is this lining which is shed in menses and supports implantation of pregnancy.
The treatment includes starting progesterone tablets in the last 14 days of your cycle. You can discuss with your gynecologist regarding their use. Also these progesterone hormone helps support early pregnancy.

You can get a follicular study(ultrasound to monitor egg size) to check if you are having proper growth and release of eggs. If it is normal, you will definitely conceive with progesterone tablet use in later half of cycle.
Regards.
