It can be due to hormonal imbalance.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nice to hear from you all again.
Your symptoms may be due to hormonal imbalance (most common cause PCOD or stress).
To rule out PCOD you should go for FSH, LH, androgen level and ultrasound pelvis (to see for polycystic ovaries). Suspicion about PCOD is high since you also experience excessive hair growth, obesity and amenorrhea, which are common finding in PCOD.
Therefore I will recommend you consult a gynecologist and get your pelvic ultrasound test done to see cyst in ovary and hormonal profile to confirm the diagnosis. Drugs can then be prescribed to regulate menstrual cycle. It is improper to start medications haphazard in such cases, therefore I shall refrain from suggesting medicines here.
Until you see a doctor and get this sorted, the following lifestyle modifications will help you-
-Maintaining your weight.
-Exercise regularly.
-Do some yoga and meditation
-Eat low carbohydrate, high protein with lots of veggies and fruits and whole grain in your diet.
-Drinking a lot of water
-Avoid oily and spicy food.
Hope this helped. Feel free to ask for clarifications.
Good luck.
Regards
