What Causes Delayed Periods,backache And Mood Swings After Taking I Pills?
Question: Hi Doctor,
i am married. I had my last period starting on 6th April. around the 5th day or so i had taken 3 i pills, as me any my husband did not use any protection. and i ended up taking 3 i pills for consecutively 3 days. i have 28 days cycle normally. i had mood swings. i am currently having backache which i normally get before periods and gets over as the periods get over. i had spotting around 3rd of may but did not get my periods. i am scared, am i pregnant or this can be a side effect of taking 3 pills in one go.we are not planning for a family as of now

If your periods get delayed by 1 week you should take urine or blood pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
