Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking!
Your symptoms are mostly due to anxiety and depression which is very common at old age and that may itself lead to micturition problems. But this frequent urination may be a UTI. sleep patterns need and a little help with anxiolytics to get you in shape and rhythm.Loss of appetite and nausea with frequent urination makes it more likely a UTI and sweating makes it further likely. Productive cough and easy fatigability may be a pulmonary issue or a congestion secondary to heart issues and that will be confirmed by a simple echo and chest radiology like cardiac MRI to be sure. Recent history of shingles does not correlate much except the loss of taste and smell, viral infections does that sometimes.
In nutshell, you need to seek a visit to ER for this likely UTI, a simple urine exam and treatment with antibiotics and cranberry juices etc will help.
Then a cardiologist is needed to sort out any cardiac issue.
Then a psychiatrist for these psychological issues and support with some anxiolytics and sleeping aids and also a little work up for sleep pattern studies to connect the dots more easily.
I hope it helps. Dont forget to close the discussion please.
