Question: I take nexito 20mg and trytomAR 10MG FOR DEPRESSION WHEN I TAKE MEDICINE SINCE 5 YEAR BUT NOT WELL PLSS SUGGEST ME

i take medicine since 5 years nexito20mg and trytomar 10mg till not well please suggest me

I can understand your concerns.

If you are not feeling well with your medicines even after 5 years of treatment, I think you should change the drug.

You not responding to nexito 20mg. If I would have been your treating doctor, I would have shifted you to venlafaxine or mirtazapine (prescription drugs).

These drugs are different from class of nexito and should help you.

Tryptomer 10mg is a very low dose and will not have antidepressant effect at this dose.

Kindly discuss this with your psychiatrist.
