Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
At this high dosage, it should work already and most people experience improvement within 2 months. I suggest to wait for 1 more month. it there is no improvement you should switch to another one since increasing dosage is not an option anymore. but you should stop it gradually to avoid withdrawal syndrome. after it, you can try with tricyclic antidepressants or other. Of course, each medical therapy should be combined with psyhotherapy. Wish you good health. Regards

hi
Detailed Answer:
Mirtazapine and venlafaxine is a standard combination and most people benefit of it,but some time is required till improvement is seen. This is actually oene of the best treatment for depression, but of course efficiency is different from man to man. So you should take it both for 1-2 months more and see will it help. If,not then you should gradually switch to another antidepressant. But just be patient, depression depedns on many factors, not just medicines that you are taking. I am sure it will be better soon.
