Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear XXXX
Pain in right lower quadrant associated with vomiting, possibility of Acute Appendicitis needs to be considered.
If the attack of Acute Appendicitis is mild it can spontaneously resolve.
Following are the indication that the concondition is improving
1. Return back of normal appetite
2. Decrease in pain in abdomen
3. Vomiting has subsided
4. Absence of Fever
I would suggest you the following
1. Have soft diet
2. Avoid oily and fatty food
3. Combination of antacid like Pantoprozole and antiemtic like Domperidone will help with vomiting.
4. Probiotic for loose motion
5. Antibiotics : If the pain in abdomen returns back consider taking antibiotics. If possible visit a primary or a local doctor for antibiotics.
Do keep me updated about progress.
Will be there to assist you round the clock .
Take care
