What Causes Diarrhea Along With High Eosinophil Count?
Question: What should I do about this lab result? My dr. ordered a CBC done because I have diarrhea. Everything was normal except ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHILS. the normal range is 15 -500. My result was 1513. (three times high range)

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your diarrhea has no relation with your high eosinophil count.
As you said you have medical history of asthma, hay fever and allergy so high eosiophil count is very common due to this condition. Your stool test is negative so chance of parasitic infestation is very less. You should take antihistaminics like chlorpheneremine malate or DEC for high eosinophil count. Steroid can be used but as last resort.
For your diarrhea you need to consult your gastroenterologist and investigate accordingly. Don't worry much about eosinophil count. Just be relaxed.

Thank you for your response. It really set my mind at ease about the eosinophils.
Here's one other thing that's been on my mind and about my persistent diarrhea since Feb. I think the Humira I take for arthritis must of set my allergies into hyperdrive or maybe I have colon cancer. (I see the GI dr. next month). My stool sample showed negative, e.g. no blood etc. If it was cancer would there have been blood in the stool specimen?
