It is important first to note that side effects to lactaid pills are rare, and even when present, are generally not serious. Exceptions could exist however, and some people can even develop serious allergies to the pills.
Bloating and diarhoea are some rare side effects that have been described or reported by persons on lactaid pills. Due to the rarity of serious side effects, it is also imperative to exclude other causes of bloating and diarrheoa.
It might be of interest to note any change of environment, change of food, note if you ate something lately you were really not very tolerant to or not.
Considering the fact that you never had such symptoms before starting the drug, and also that the symptoms keep aggravating with intake of the drug, it is but reasonable to associate the bloating, pain and diarrheoa to the lactaid pills.
It might be of interest to stop the drugs and watch the evolution of the symptoms. If the persist or worsen, other causes of your symptoms should be sought.
