What Causes Diarrhea And Intermittent Vomiting?

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that your child has acute gastroenteritis. The mainstay of treatment is to maintain proper hydration. Electrobion or ORS may be given 50-100ml/kg over 4 hours depending on the hydration level. The following link would give you the specifics of the same:

Thank you doctor... She is also having fever since Friday evening. Since Saturday night the fever is more than 102 and even after giving Calpol and Meftal P , fever is not going. Slight fever is constant . Today the fever is constantly high. There is no vomits now but she did only one watery motion today and one yesterday. kindly suggest.
