Thanks for asking on Health care magic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that your child has acute gastroenteritis. The mainstay of treatment is to maintain proper hydration. Electrobion or ORS may be given 50-100ml/kg over 4 hours depending on the hydration level. The following link would give you the specifics of the same:

Give some antiemetic like ondansetron for the vomiting. Give zinc supplements like Syr. Zinconia 5 ml once daily for next 10 days. Avoid giving milk for a week. You may give some prebiotics and probiotics like Econorm XXXXXXX twice daily for next few days. Hopefully things would return to normal in 3-4 days. In the meantime you need to monitor the urine frequency. If it is ok, you need not worry. If not, fluid intake needs to be increased.

You need to be patient.
Detailed Answer:
Possibly she has a viral gastroenteritis and that is the cause of the fever. You need to continue to give Meftal P (more preferable). Irrespective of treatment the fever is likely to be there for 5-7 days. If the fever lasts for more than that, a few tests would need to be done to rule out enteric fever as a possible cause.
