Question: Ate spicy food and have diarrhea and bad stomach pain. Unable to fall asleep coz of the pain, how to get rid of pain n slp now?

usually this will get better by itself very quickly. The drug store/pharmacy will have some special herbal tea and pain medicine like buscopan available that should ease the pain.

Hi welcome back to HCM.

Dear patient, please follow above advise and this will get better soon, also avoid any outside food and preferably have boiled water . Take WHO-ORS Solution of 1 packet and dissolve it in 2 LTR of water, drink it over a period of 2hrs , repeat the same but this time drink it over 6 hrs.
