Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Oflomac oz (ofloxacin & ornidazole) is contra indicated in breast feeding mothers. If it is that important then avoid breast feeding while taking it. You can continue breast feeding again after giving 3 days interval once you stopped the drug.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if any thing not clear.
Thanks.

Since I took the medicine for a day ( two doses) and knowing that I can't breastfeed my baby I decided to discontinue it. Still I would need to give a interval of 3 days before resuming breastfeeding as I didnot complete my entire medication but just 2 tabs out of 10?
Brief Answer:
yes, you still need a three day interval.

Thank you for your follow up.
You still need a 3days interval to be on safe side. This much time is needed for the drug to go completely out of your system.
