Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Firstly thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.

As per your query most likely you are having gastroenteritis.
Gastroenteritis is inflammation of gastric mucosa. Most commonly its viral.Viral gastroenteritis usually limits itself in 7-10 days,i would avice you to go for stool routine and microscopy test to rule out Bacterial or Protozoal infection. As therapy with antibiotic has to be taken if its bacterial or protozoal enteritis.
Rx
Tab imodium 4 mg thrice daily for loose stools.

As you have to do a journey Its better to tske antibiotic therapy for short term.
Cefixime 200 mg twice daily with Metrinidazole 400 mg thrice daily for 5 days.I I would suggest you to take a probiotic twice daily. It repletes the disturbed gastric flora hence making digestion better.
Apart from that isaphghullu husk(Metamucil) should be taken twice daily. It will increase bulk of stool and bowels normal.
An antispasmodic like dicyclomine can be taken to decrease the frequency of stools.

General precautions-
Eat light and easily digestible food.
Avoid meat.
Try boiled food(Vegetables) with spices and herbs for a week.
Drink plenty of orange juice and coconut water.
keep yourself hydrated.

Thanks!

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

vomiting and loose stools tend to lose a large amount of water and electrolytes causing mild dizziness and fatigue.

Advice:
Drink plenty of orange juice and coconut water.
Electral(Electrolyte solution that is available at pharmacy), drink one glass after every stool and observe how you stay.

Regards!
