Brief Answer:
Altered stool is not due to fall

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Altered stool pattern(little watery, semisolid, greenish, frequent small amount, altered consistency)is very common in this age. A baby may pass 5-8 times stool in a day or once in 3-5 days and I won't get overly worried if baby is active, playful, feeding well, there is no vomiting and passing urine well.
In comparison to adults children are more prone to fall but injury and it's complications are much less because of softer skull.
I can assure you that this altered stool pattern is not due to fall. Following fall there may be signs of local injury or brain injury. In case of brain injury baby may get irritable, there may be decreased feed, vomiting or seizures. In abdominal injury again there will be distension of abdomen, vomiting etc and most of these symptoms usually appear within 24 hours. So I won't get worried about history of fall.
To me this altered stool seems not even due to medicine. I request you to tell me the name of medicine so that I better able to help you out.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Wishing for your baby's good health
Regards
