Brief Answer:
You can change to Lactogen 1

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms XXXXXX

Frequent loose motion and vomiting could be one of manifestation of feed intolerance. Before changing the feed it's important to rule out following causes

1. Improper burping : inadequate burping may lead to aerophagia causing vomiting.

2. Wrong burping technique

3. Associated Gastroesophageal reflux : Many of infants may have it which usually subsides over period of time

4. Rare possibility of Infantile Hypertrophic pyloric stenosis

A routine assessment by Pediatrician will be helpful.

I would suggest you the following

1. Proper burping and feeding technique

2. Lansoprozole which is antacid will be helpful along with Domperidone syrup in consultation with your Pediatrician

3. You can change to Lactogen 1. If possible give exclusive breastfeeding

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
