Question: Hi one of my collegue is not well & since morning he met 10 time lose motions & 2 time vometing & sudden pain in stomach

Your colleague seems to have food poisoning/Viral Gastroenteritis.
As per the description she/he is going to tire sooner. You can give plain water/electral water as available. It is better to give iv fluids if he is not taking oral fluids with the fear of vomit. Please take him to nearest casualty department in hospital for IV fluid and observation.
The tablets might cause more nausea and vomiting so injectable antibiotics are better if needed.
