I have been getting loose motion whenever I go on a trip to places. Its more when I visit hill station for which I need to drive my four wheeler in Ghat section.

Its always during travelling. Nothing specific to hill stations. Whenever I travel, i get loose motion .

It is more often due to anxiety, so I would suggest you to relax, especially before travelling.
I would suggest you to drink less water and other beverages before and during travelling. How many times if happens while traveling. You can try initially with antimotility agent like loperamide two to three hours before traveling. Try this agent for few times, if it works slowly stop the taking the drug.
