Brief Answer:
Highly recommend to go to ER....

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Unfortunately, I cannot tell you that it will pass. If you have been having diarrhea with blood and pads soaked with blood, that could be a possible intestinal infection that should be treated as soon as possible.

I highly suggest to run to ER in order to get further examinations and proper treatment.

Apart infection, it might be also hemorrhoids. Paraplegic patients often reports suffering of hemorrhoids due to their immobile status. I then, advise to get checked by an proctologist and further evaluate hemorrhoids/anal status.

Hope it helped! Let me know if I can assist you further!
Wish fast recovery!
