Brief Answer:
Hello. This is probably an H pylori stomach infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello. You need to be screened for an H pylori bacterial stomach infections since that can cause all your symptoms and it can easily be treated with a course of two different antibiotics. You also need both upper endoscopy and colonoscopy to rule out a peptic ulcer or irritable bowel syndrome.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

I am XXXXXXX the follow up did not arrive. However below is a replica of the follow up question.
I asked for a prescription of the antibiotics required for the treatment because i am not access able to my doctor now. While my Doctor is in Italy where I am resident, I am currently in Canada for a holiday visit as i will like to start the treatment as soon as I can. I also asked if there is any natural supplement or food to be taken or avoided while the treatment last.
There are are also some feelings which I forgot to state in my initial report and they are
a) scratchy and itching anus
b) moving pains. The pains in my body keeps moving from one part to the other most especially after taking medications like pain relief.
I decided to include this feelings to aid you in your advice
