What Causes Difference In BP While Standing And Sitting?

Question: My BPressure is 135/78 Pulse 76 when sitted and 158/88 pulse 95 What would cause the difference Is it cause for concern

am experiencing some lightheadedness at times. My blood sugar before eating has been 93, 88 & 108. I had a visiting Nurse Practioner on Friday & she brought to my attention the difference in the Blood Pressure. I have been to the doctor this month & had blood work all levels where normal
CBC, Thyroid T3 T4 I have Low Potassium take 20M KDur daily
I take Armour Thyroid 60mg
