you should know result of all test.blood test for testing pregnancy to be done at laboratory. if it is negative then pregnancy can be ruled out.

pregnancy test are to be repeated.

I understand your condition. Urine pregnancy tests are accurate to great extent. However there are more accurate tests in the form of blood hCH test and ultrasound scan. Since there are confusion regarding pregnancy, I will suggest you opt for blood test (hCG) at a laboratory if not an ultrasound scan to rule out pregnancy. You should also consult a gynecologist to know about identify other causes of period irregularity.
