Focus on your diet to improve bowel movements
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I've read your question and it seems to me that you probably have to reassess your diet in order to make your stool come out easier.
- Drinking enough water is essential
- Physical activity promotes intestinal activity
- high fiber diet helps having regular and soft stool.
Anxiety does not help of course. Anxiety may cause any kind of symptoms and even mimic serious diseases. Sometimes it makes unimportant problems seem like very important ones or mild symptoms feel like severe ones.
I believe that improving your diet and physical activity will make you feel better.
I hope you find my answer helpful!

Kind Regards!
Probably IBS? Or something?
Could it be bowel cancer?
Or does that have several other symptoms?
Thanks in advance?
Seems like nothing serious
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
it could be a mild form of IBS, yes. Cancer may cause similar symptoms but it also (usually) causes the stool to be deformed since they have to pass though a narrow lumen. Cancer shouldn't be a real concern unless you've got first degree relatives with colon cancer in a young age (under 40 years of age) or a history of bowel disease.
Please take into account the connection between IBS and anxiety. Actually anxiety causes a lot of intestinal symptoms. Pain, bloating, sense of incomplete defecation are common.
In patients like you I usually give dietary advice only. If things won't improve in a relatively short time (next couple of weeks) then I advice them to do some testing (blood tests) and depending on their history perhaps consider endoscopic examination.
You've got to understand that your symptom is not very specific, which means that no diagnosis could be established based on this symptom alone. In cases like this, the doctor has to estimate the patient's chances for a serious disease and act accordingly.
So in conclusion, I believe that your description is likely related to your anxiety and perhaps a mild IBS. Please try the dietary approach and we can talk again to discuss the outcome.
Best wishes!
Apprecauet you advice.
Will drink more water.
Don't forget the rest!
