It's ok, to understand female orgasm see below
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for follow up.
It's ok that you are not able to answer the all questions. I will try my best o guide you .
Female orgasm or climax or cum is a psychological and emotional experience during sex. As your partner starts thrusting movement of his penis inside your vagina, you feel initially slight pain and then tolerable sweet pain. After that you feel that he should do same again and again. If he continues so after sometime you feel something extraordinary that may be describing as too relaxing, feeling like in heaven or the just most beautiful moment which lasts for 15-30 seconds and after that you feel so light and relax. This is called female orgasm. During that your eyes mostly close down for a moment and your partner can recognize your facial expression of orgasm if he is aware.
Now think what I have explained and revert back with your thoughts about it.

Dr.Chintan Solanki.

you seems to have anorgasmia, please see doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
From your narration it seems that you have anorgasmia. It means difficulty in or not feeling orgasm during sexual activity.
To decide the cause of it physical examination by gynecologist and psychological examination by a gynecologist/psychiatrist required.
It may be primary, secondary or situational. Evaluation of partner also needed sometime as sex is act of two.
Treatment depends on the cause found out.
In most of the cases understanding sex physiology, sex counselling and anticipatory anxiety removal are the sufficient approach. Some cases may need medicines according to cause.
Hope you have got the answer, I will again happy to help if needed.
Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
