Thanks for asking on health care magic.
I have gone through query and understand your concerns. However I would need to provide more details in this regard.
* Is it sudden onset? How long has the problem been there?
* Why do you feel it is occurring - is it due to muscle weakness, muscle spasms, restriction in stretching, narrowing etc.
* Any other problems like joint pain?
* Please upload an image of your mouth after maximum opening.
* Any investigation that has been done.
I would await your response.

last 10 month chewingum or tabbacu
Brief Answer:
Tobacco chewing seems to be the culprit. Clinical evaluation needed.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Apart from the information about chewing gum and tobacco you have not provided answers to rest of my questions. I have checked the attached image. Well, I could insert much more than 2 fingers in the cavity but that is not the point. I understand that you are feeling a limitation in the flexibility of of your mouth opening. You have already pointed to the culprit - chewing tobacco. You need to understand the hazards of chewing tobacco. It is one of the most important causes behind getting oral cancer. I would insist you to visit a surgeon and to get a further evaluation done.
