Brief Answer:
The symptons indicate urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,
Welcome to health care magic

It seems from the history that you are having difficulty in passing urine, low grade fever, vomiting, headache and dimunition if vision.
These symptoms indicate infection like urinary tract infection.
The treatment of the condition is by use of antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs for control of infection.
Blurring of vision is not related to these symptoms and it can be because of refractive error and requires examination by a optometrist or ophthalmologist.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
