Brief Answer:
There is difference between these two situations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

There is difference between two situations as one is based on self stimulation and other is based on sexual intimacy between partners. It is true that first sexual encounter may be painful for her but the subsequent encounter will be easy for both of you.

During sexual intercourse (after adequate foreplay) there is secretion of lot of mucus from the vagina which acts as a lubricant nd assists the partners to make love despite the apparent size incompatibility.

In addition to secretion the female vagina is surrounded by lot of smooth muscles which becomes relaxed due to secretion of love hormone.

In addition to this human penis have the spongy tip which compresses when resistance is encountered to make a way in vaginal hole.

It is the fact that human vagina can accommodate any size of human penis without much discomfort.

As I answered you previously make a good use use of foreplay and strt with one finger on the first occasion and limit the activity.
On subsequent occasions increase it to two fingers and try the penile intercourse after couple of non penetrative sex only.

I am sure this will help you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards
