What Causes Difficulty In Speaking, Swallowing And Breathing?

Question: A friend who lives quite far from me has been admitted to intensive care with difficulty speaking, swallowing and breathing.No sign of blood clot, allergic reation.Dr has now intubated him.Any ideas?

I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern.It can possibility of brain stroke( embolism/ hemorrhage) leading to paralysis is there.Possibility of heart attack can be there. Some of upper or lower respiratory tract infection can also give such condition.If he has history of fall then head injury and cervical injury can also lead to this.There are many more causes are there but common causes are these.
