Brief Answer:
Need to know some more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.

I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

What it is very important to know it is the fact if this is something new (3-5 days) or you have had it developed gradually for months.

If you are feeling this only for few days, and you also feel pain, fever, swollen lymph nodes, then it may be a strep throat and you may need antibiotics.
But if you are feeling this sensation for some time and it is getting worse, then the best thing to do it is do do a fibrogastroscopy which will look closely to your esophagus and stomach and will determine if there is a tumor there, or of it is a problem of sphincter contraction.

Also, things that will be helpful it is to know if you have had stomach problems before, if you have used any medication, and any other information that you think may be relevant.

Let me know this information as a follow up. I will be happy to advice accordingly.

Regards and take care.
