Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having foreign body (fish bone) in throat.
Tonsillar fossa is a commonest site for foreign body impaction, impacted foreign body can cause abscess (pus) or tonsillitis or referred pain to corresponding ear.
In my opinion, you need to consult ENT surgeon for its removal and antibiotic course in case of infection.
Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
AZITHROMYCIN/BRUFEN
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.
My suspicion is that it can be a local ulcer/abrasion/abscess caused due to foreign body impaction or traumatic injury due to the foreign body.
There by, I suggest you to check it out with an ent specialist as early as possible. Until then, please continue azithromycin, pain killers like brufen 400mg twice daily and saline gargle.
Hope, I have answered your query.
Take care.
