What Causes Difficulty In Urination With High Fever And Dizziness?

Question: I had my wedding on friday and was extremly difficult to go to the bathroom for many hours, like 6. I drank a lot of water/coffee in that time. The next day, yesterday, i had high fever and i was very very dizzy and with no power. Slept all night and today i felt beter. Until 2 hours ago. Now i have lower back pain, no fever... But I am a bit dizzy and I have pain... Should I be worried? Should I go to doctor? Thank you, Dianne

Yes , it is better to be worried about and a consultation with a Doctor is going to help as He/ She will examine you clinically, may ask for some blood and urine tests if he feels these as necessary and prescribe the antibiotics and supportive medicines as per findings. Dizziness, fever and low-back pain needs a treatment. In the meantime take a full bed-rest, drink plenty of oral fluids. Wish you an early recovery. I hope you do not have another symptoms like burning urination, chills or so.
