Brief Answer:
No problem at al
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
If the difficulty to pass urine is soon after masturbation then there is no need to worry, as it is normal.
If there is obstruction even on other times then you may have to get it evaluated with an ultrasound scan and a micturation urethography to identify the cause of the block. There could be a stone, growth, stricture or any other defect blocking the flow of urine which has to be managed at the earliest to prevent its bad effect in the kidneys.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
