What Causes Difficulty In Urination?
Question: hello Dr.
whenever I masturbate, sometimes I get toilet urgently but I m not able to urinate properly, It irritates as I have to go to toilet 2 to 3 times continuously specially when I masturbate at night.
This is happening with me since many years, but as I m going to get married soon this dec so want to clear these thing. I m 27 years old male.

The symptoms of urgency after masturbation but unable to urinate properly for many years is definitely a matter of concern in the view of marriage in Dec.
The probable causes are as follows:
Prostatitis due to congestion during masturbation;
Urethral strictures or such problems.
I would suggest you the following:
Get an examination by an Urologist ( Surgeon)
Get investigations: Blood- complete blood picture, kidney functions tests, blood sugar fasting and post-lunch,
Urine- routine,microscopy, culture and sensitivity ( before start of antibiotic)
Ultrasonography of abdomen - particularly for genitourinary tract.
Cystourethroscopy to determine the exact cause.
The exact diagnosis by these means will make the treatment / management of the problem easy , to the point and curative. Since this is October, you have really have to rush-in so that you are perfectly normal before your marriage.

6 mm Kidney stone can pass by forced diuresis : meaning to drink plenty of water or fluids at one go so that the maximum is absorbed by the body to be filtered by the kidney to form a forced urine formation. This helps in 2 ways : 1 the stone is not enlarged and 2 may dislodge into the ureter and passed down to the urinary bladder and passes out. 6 mm can.
This is done when you are at leisure like at home.
