Question: I having a great deal of difficulty walking, it started a few weeks ago. I am 49 yearsold. What is happening to me?

It can be confirmed by x ray both knee AP in standing. You are likely to get benefitted by glucosamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen are useful for pain relief. You are also advised to get your vitamin D test. If found low you can take vitamin D3 supplements.
