What Causes Difficulty Sleeping Along With Headache And Anxiety?
Consult a Psychiatrist
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM, Thanks for asking
I have read your question and I can understand your problem. She is a 41 year old female with chief complaints of decreased sleep at night, continuous persisting headache despite treatment, weakness, ghabrahat and irritability. All investigations came normal.
Though more details are needed to comment definitely but from the available information it appears that she is having symptoms of mild depression with anxiety. The symptoms like headache are nothing but somatic symptoms. Weakness she is experiencing, fatigue is also due to depression. Lack of energy is one of main symptom of depression. Such symptoms may occur in an individual due to deficiency of serotonergic and nor-adrenergic neurotransmission in brain. But with proper medicines the symptoms will improve.
Medicines like SSRI drugs as escitalopram, fluoxetine, sertaline etc are drugs which improves serotonin in brain and are good anti-depressants. Other medicines as SNRI as duloxetine, venlafexine etc are also good anti depressant drugs. These medicines are free of serious side effects and can cause improvement in symptoms over 4-6 weeks. Consult a psychiatrist for expert evaluation.
Apart from medicinal treatment non medicinal treatment like cognitive therapy will help in improving her symptoms.
Hope this helps you, don't hesitate to consult a Psychiatrist. Depression is one of common problem these days.
Thanks, you can ask again if you have more questions.
