What Causes Difficulty Walking Along With Pain In Arms And Back Muscle Spasms?
Question: My brother is 58 years old with a pacemaker defibrillator placed when he was 43, he drinks alcohol regularly, he is a machinist. He is having difficulty walking, weakness, pain in his limbs and severe back muscle spasms to the point he is weak and unable to walk lasting several hours every day. My brother had cataract surgery in Oct. 2014 and his symptoms started within a week of the surgery and have progressed He has had blood work done which was ok. He just had a CT scan and I do not know the results. Any advice or help would be appreciated as my family is very concerned. Thank you.
