Brief Answer:
You may have neuropathies or spinal problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dearI have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
You have diffuse pain in joint and muscle. You may have spinal problem or neuropathis. It may be due to diabetes, toxin, immune mediated, idiopathic sensory polyneuropathy, plexopathy, radiculopathy or neoplastic infiltration. I have gone through your other illness and medication. Your pain is mostly not related to your other disease or medication.
You should go for MRI spine, ultrasound abdomen, sugar level, vitamin B12 level and complete blood count.
You also need examination for your superficial and deep reflexes. Please send me your reports so that I can help you further.
First of all we need to search the cause and then you should start treatment accordingly. Till that you can take painkillers like diclofenac or ibuprofen for some symptomatic releif.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
