What Causes Discharge From Penis With Strong Odor?

Question: For several months I have had an unusual smell from some sort of discharge from my penis. It is not really an offensive smell, but very different. It smells sort of like peanuts, nut oil, etc. I have just had my urine tested in a lab and they found no problems at all.
