Brief Answer:
urogenital tract infection most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for choosing this forum to ask your query,

It seems that you are facing urogenital issues due to reduced immunity. Dietary factors like consuming spicy, sour diet, fast food, beverages, alcohol etc and factors like late night workout, excessive masturbation etc reduces body vitality and makes a person prone to such urogenital tract infections.

Symptoms may be due to inflammation of internal parts, of the urogenital system. Blood after ejaculation is most likely suggestive of inflammation.

Take anti-inflammatory medicines (eg. Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily after food) for 2-3 days, soft cotton undergarments, warm water for drinking, avoid masturbation and sex for some days.
Please get an ultrasound abdomen done to see the extent of the inflammation.

Treatment suggested is-
Tab Cefixime 200mg twice daily(Broad spectrum antibiotic)
Tab Diclofenac 50mg twice daily(Anti-inflammatory and analgesic)
Tab Vitamin C 500MG Once daily(Immune booster)
(Prescription medicines)

Follow this for 5 days you would feel much better within 2-3 days.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

Yes, you can take ibuprofen in place of diclofenac(as it is OTC) and both are anti-inflammatory.

However, for an antibiotic, you have to get a prescription as Cefixime is not OTC.

So take-
Tab Cefixime 200mg twice daily.
Tab Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily.
Tab vitamin c once daily.

If not relieved in three days we would replace Ibuprofen with more potent drug like Diclofenac in combination with low dose prednisolone(strong anti-inflammatory).

In case you have any other question feel free to follow up.
Regards
