Question: I have noticed over the last month my knuckles look dark and the back of my hands itch like mites or something on both hands

occasionally using cortisone 1 % but mostly Clinique moisturizing lotion.no one has any itch in the house and it is on the back of both hand and wrists only.thanks
also I am probably more concerned about the dark circles an my first set of knuckles on both back sides of my hands thanks
