"As" per your clinical history please follow few things which you can do at home before visiting your doctor.
)Eat several smaller meals throughout the day rather than a few large meals
)Avoid foods like chocolate, onions, spicy foods, citrus fruits, and tomato based foods
)Try to avoid alcohol and smoking if you take it
)Eat at least 3 hours before bedtime
)Lose weight if you are overweight or obese
)Elevate the head of your bed 6 inches[about 15 CM]
)You can use over the counter any antacids or omeprazole
)Do an endoscopy and Manometry after consulting with your Gastroenterologist, who will do your clinical examination to confirm whether to manage in conservative or any surgical treatments required.
