Brief Answer:
Appendicitis/cholecyst/ovary cyst problems to rule out
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for providing additional data.
Based on what you are reporting, my suggestions are as following:
1. possible appendicitis
2. cholecyst problems (sludge, inflammation/infection)
3. ovary cyst can also give the same problems.
I advise to repeat another abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation.
To my opinion, as long as you do not have problems with bowel movements and no GI issues (nausea, loss of appetite), then, that is not related to intestines but most probably to above-mentioned causes.
All the best!
