What Causes Discomfort Around The Urethra, Lower Abdomen And Mons Pubis?

Question: XXXXXXX had noticed a few drops of blood while passing urine in last year (around Sep2013).That time she had very severe pain around her Mons Pubis / lower abdomen area.We consulted a Uriologist who asked for a US-Scan,which turned out to be normal. We also did a blood & Urine test which also turned out to be normal.
Antibiotic administration cured her pain & problem within 2 days.
Recently after a year of the above incident ,since a week, our children were sick and had a week of sleepless nights. She started to feel a discomfort around the Urethra/Lower abdomen/Mons pubis again. Though its not that severe as before, still there's a discomfort ( a dull ache) around those area.
No fever/no blood in urine/ colour of urine is normal.Seek you advise on how to proceed on this for a better diagnosis & possible reasons for the same.
