What Causes Discomfort Genital Area And Burning Sensation On Anal Area?

This picture is our cleaning supply shelf in the bathroom at work. I don't find it sanitary to have all chemical liquid supplies above the toilet paper and paper towels. I don't know if this is a cause of what's been going on, but I thought Id point it out.
This appears to be due to allergens from factory
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about all tests being negative but still in burning and redness.
I saw the attached picture of chemicals you have posted. But I am not able to see the label of those chemicals correctly.
This is more likely to be allergy from one of the chemicals used in your factory or ones in the picture. But it is difficult to say which is the chemical.
I suggest you take off from work for a week and see if there is improvement in burning and red areas go away. then the possibility of allergy is high.
Or ask your supervisor if any new chemical is introduced in factory which is probably causing you the allergy.
Please make a list of common chemicals that are used in your factory and take along with you to doctor next time and show if its causing allergy. Better consult a doctor in your factory who looks after welfare of employees. I am sure hospital will have one.
Another suggestion would be to avoid using toilet paper rolls from your factory toilet. Instead please carry one of your own ( though it appears little strange), it is best way to avoid allergen.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr. Soumya.S.
