Brief Answer:
May be suggestive of Alcoholic liver disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi!
Welcome back.
Thanks for your query.
Review the uploaded results.
The usual color of the stool is due to the presence of bile salts. Therefore, if the stool has lost its color, the bile salts are absent which is suggestive of some sort of liver dysfunction or obstruction of the bile duct.
Since this has happened only after drinking large quantity of alcohol, there is a possibility that it is due to inflammation of the liver related to the alcohol intake. It is also possible that the alcohol could be causing inflammation of the pancreas, because swelling of the pancreas can obstruct the bile duct, which passes through the pancreas en route to the small intestine.
Other common causes include gallbladder disease/gallstones or infection of the liver.
In view of the above explanation I would advise you to undergo proper clinical evaluation to determine the exact cause, you may be required to repeat the liver function tests an ultrasound scan to ascertain the underlying problem.
Meanwhile refrain from taking alcohol or alcohol containing beverages.
Hope to have answered your query.
