No pain with movement although I had had muscular pain in that area on my back a few days earlier and war stretching over a bolster a lot. I'm also constantly active. Surf. Hike. Lift weights. Etc.
started Sunday AM. Seems to feel better after taking Advil. Pain has decreased over the days since onset. No fever. No cough. No breathlessness.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be muscular pain.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Since you are an active sports person, probably this is musculo- skeletal pain.
I would advise you to get an Xray Chest done which will reveal tumhe status of clavicule too.
I would advise you to give rest to the area completely for about a week.
Apply Volini gel locally twice a day.
Oral pain killers can be taken as on when required basis.
This would get fine in 7-10 days.
If you have any further query please ask me.
