Dear Ms,
It would be helpful if you could provide me additional information
1. When did you fall?
2. is there any external injury or bruise?
3. Is there pain in abdomen or distension of abdomen?
4. Was there loss of consciousness after fall?
In the meantime I would suggest you to take Pantoprozole and Domperidone which will be helpful for your nausea. Hot water fomentation at site of discomfort will also be beneficial.
Take Care
