![default](/r/images/default.png)
Question: chest discomfort, left side. feels very tiring at times. forcing me to lay down and rest. occurs the most when I sit down for dinner or sit down on a sofa in a comfortable position ( resting position against the left side of the torso at an arching angle) to watch TV. ulcers? ACid? clogged arteries?
Brief Answer:
Possible acid reflux disease?
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
I can certainly understand your concern.
As per your description, the possibility of an acid reflux disease or an ulcer is high rather than clogged arteries.
It's advisable to get an X-ray chest and Endoscopy of the stomach for further information.
Meanwhile I advise oral pills of Pantop 40 mg once a day for 2 weeks.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these tests and pills to you.
Further management if any is largely based upon test results.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
