Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
What you are reporting may be related to Mitral valve prolapse (MVP). MVP is associated with chest discomfort and palpitations. However it isn't associated with heart attack or life threatening arrhythmia and you shouldn't worry about.
My advice is to schedule an appointment with your doctor for further examinations. However if the pain increase in intensity or seems to get worse you should go to ER.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
